Healthcare Overhaul: Trump Now Urging Congress to Send Obamacare Money Directly to Taxpayers
"The Schumer Shutdown is still in full sway, and we don't see too many signs on the horizon of this thing ending. But while that issue is still being wrangled on the floor of the Senate, President Trump isn't just sitting back and watching. On Saturday, he took to his Truth Social platform to make an interesting recommendation to the Senate about Obamacare coverage.

"I am recommending to Senate Republicans that the Hundreds of Billions of Dollars currently being sent to money sucking Insurance Companies in order to save the bad Healthcare provided by ObamaCare, BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE SO THAT THEY CAN PURCHASE THEIR OWN, MUCH BETTER, HEALTHCARE, and have money left over. In other words, take from the BIG, BAD Insurance Companies, give it to the people, and terminate, per Dollar spent, the worst Healthcare anywhere in the World, ObamaCare. Unrelated, we must still terminate the Filibuster!"
President Trump has been a critic of the Obamacare program since he entered politics, and he has a lot of company among Republicans, while Democrats usually claim that Obamacare is the greatest thing since oxygen. Right now, Congress is deadlocked on Obamacare funding, like so many things, thanks to the Schumer Shutdown. But that isn't stopping Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) from advocating to bail out Obamacare with federal funds."
