that Trump’s decision to “bomb Iran without authorization” was a “grave violation” of the U.S. Constitution.
“The President’s disastrous decision to bomb Iran without authorization is a grave violation of the Constitution and Congressional War Powers,” Ocasio-Cortez wrote. “He has impulsively risked launching a war that may ensnare us for generations. It is absolutely and clearly grounds for impeachment.” Ocasio-Cortez’s post came after Trump revealed that the U.S. had carried out a “successful attack” on several nuclear sites in Iran."
