"The suspect who set off a bomb outside a fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California on Saturday left a rambling “anti-life” manifesto in which he ranted about never giving “consent to being born.”
New York Post columnist Karol Markowicz reported that the suspected bomber has been identified as Guy Edward Bartkus, 25 of Twentynine Palms, California. Fox News’ Matt Finn further reported that law enforcement officials loosely described the manifesto as “anti-life” and nihilistic.
Attorney General Pam Bondi stated that she had been made aware of the explosion and confirmed that federal investigators were on the ground. “I have been briefed on the explosion at a fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California that took place today. Federal agents are on the ground now responding alongside local law enforcement,” she wrote.
The FBI has officially classified the incident as a deliberate act of terrorism.
The Post Millennial reporter Andy Ngo, whose career has largely focused on documenting violent extremist groups, reported that Bartkus left a website titled “F**k you pro-lifers” that describes himself as a “promortalist.” Independent reporter Erin Cruz confirmed that the website was registered on February 24, 2025.
Included was a rambling, 30-minute audio message in which Bartkus repeatedly described himself as a “promortalist” and describes parents as “the real killers.”" TP
