FEBRUARY 2025: TRUMP PRESIDENCY U.S. Postal Service suspends incoming packages from China, Hong Kong

U.S. Postal Service suspends incoming packages from China, Hong Kong
"The US Postal Service has suspended parcels from China and Hong Kong until further notice after President Donald Trump imposed new
restrictions that could threaten retail giants like Shein and Temu.

USPS said the change, which came into effect Tuesday, won’t impact the flow of letters and “flats” — mail that can be up to 15 inches long or 3/4 inches thick — from China and Hong Kong...it comes after Trump imposed an additional 10% tariff on Chinese goods and ended the “de minimis” exemption this week that allowed US shoppers to avoid paying tariffs on shipments below $800."
