"Trump's 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico are set to go into effect Saturday.
One of the reasons he gave was that there were "massive subsidies" the U.S. has given to Canada and to Mexico in the form of deficits.
He also added that the drugs coming into the U.S. and massive immigration were two other reasons.
Trump also said the tariffs "may or may not rise with time."
