According to a notice posted by the Department of Homeland Security, categorical parole programs for inadmissible aliens from Cuba, Haiti and Nicaragua, as well as their immediate family members, will be terminated. The programs were rapidly expanded under the Biden Administration, which participated in the direct transport and settling of millions of foreign nationals on U.S. soil."
